Cooper & Cutt is a firm which was originally established in 1990 and has always concentrated on Property Management in and around Wakefield.

The small but experienced team of Malcolm, Carol & Gary Cutt are aided by Alan Scargill who alone has in excess of 40 years experience in the property market. Since the company started, we have built up an extensive portfolio of clients from many parts of the world and this country.

From the rental point of view we offer clients the choice of either a full management service with no “up front” payment or “tenant finders fee” needed. However, to comply with recent tenancy laws, an Energy Performance Certificate would need to obtained before offering the property for rental. We could instigate this certificate on a clients behalf should one have not already been obtained.

Alternatively we can provide an “introduction only” package and charges for both terms are available upon request.
